Courtesy of Helen and Nicola here’s a taster of some of the healthy foods they made for the kids:

Smoothie – yoghurt, berries, bananas, orange juice.

Juice – apple and carrot.

Sandwich – tuna and sweetcorn

Lettuce wrap with cream cheese, diced cucumber, red pepper and tomatoes.

Kebab Sticks – pineapple, grapes, kiwi, melon.

Snacks – nuts – almonds, dried fruit – prunes and cranberries.

Veg and Dips – carrots, celery, cucumber, red pepper, broccoli. Humous, cream cheese dips.

Mini oatcakes and rice cakes.
