The annual primary schools quiz will take place on Friday  27th January in the Carraig Hotel at 7 p.m. We are entering two teams in the competition and we wish them the very best of luck.

Congratulations to Jack Bourke who was involved with Carrick Athletics Club last weekend in Nenagh, he was part of the relay team that placed silver in the U12 Boys 4 x 100m relay. They will now compete in the nationals in March. We wish him and his team mates the very best of luck.

Well done to all who took part in the Spikeball Blitz today January in Moyle Rovers. We did really well in all competitions and narrowly missed out reaching the regional finals with the mixed team losing their decider. All three teams showed great technical skill,  movement and togetherness considering we’ve only had a few sessions before this blitz. Well done to all involved. A special word of thanks must go to Ms Whelan and Cornelius McFadden for preparing the teams so well in advance of this competition.
