Rhythm and Shakes drumming lessons begin next Tuesday the 2nd May for 1st to 6th class. They will take place every Tuesday until the 13th June. Junior and Senior Infants will take lessons for 3 weeks starting on the 9th May.
There will be a pottery class for 3rd to 6th on the 21st June.
Fuel Free Friday launch takes place next Friday the 5th May. Those coming from the church direction are asked to park at the church and walk with your child to school at 9.10 am. Lets ‘Park and Stride’ and walk to school!

The boys played Gaelscoil Carrick-on-Suir today in a hurling match at St. Mollerans. The boys played well but were unfortunately defeated. Well done to all those who took part and supported.
Today the pupils took part in a looped walk around the country roads of Ballyneale. This was an event to launch the walk to school programme on Fridays as part of the Green Schools Initative. The boys and girls of 5th and 6th took part in a hurling blitz on Wednesday at Moyle Rovers. The day was very much enjoyed by all.

Knitting creations from Ms. Whelan’s after school knitting class are now on display in Carrick-on-Suir library over the Easter break. Thank you to all volunteers from the community who gave their time to teach this class.
