1st and 2nd class enjoyed a trip to Clonmel today as the Tipperary county museum in connection with the Clonmel Show showcased farming life and crafts.
They saw sheep being sheared, new calves, ponies, a blacksmith making horseshoes, a bee hive and alpacas. They also saw a demonstration of weaving straw and rushes into St. Bridget’s crosses and the spinning of wool.
They had a great day.
