Infants School Trip

Junior and Senior Infants had an enjoyable day out today at the Copper Coast Mini Farm.  They got to see different animals big and small, had fun in the playground and indoor sandpit and drove their mini tractors!















Clonmel Athletics

Congratulations to all those who took part in the recent athletics event in Clonmel.  Pupils competed in the 100m, 300m, Relay, Ball Throw events.  The girls won the overall shield.

A team competition – 5th and 6th – Girls gold and boys bronze.

B team competition – 5th and 6th – Girls bronze and boys bronze.

A team competition – 3rd and 4th – girls silver and boys silver.

B team competition – 3rd and 4th – girls gold and boys bronze.

Flower Power Art

A selection of recycled plastic art that will feature as part of The Clancy Brothers Music and Arts Festival in Carrick over the June Bank Holiday weekend.

Thank you to Maura and Ashar who recently facilitated the workshops under the theme of Hippie Flower Power with children from 3 rd to 6 th class.

Keep an eye out for the Ballyneale display at the festival over that weekend.

Darkness into Light Art

A selection of art created by 5th and 6th class pupils for the recent Darkness into Light walk.



Sports Day

Sports Day takes place on Wednesday the 26th June.

School Mass

School Mass takes place in Ballyneale Church for all pupils on Tuesday 25th June at 10 am.  All welcome to attend.

GAA Blitz

GAA blitz for U13 girls takes place on the 13th June.
