December was a fun and busy month in the infant room. Here are some pictures of what we got up to.
Our Aistear theme of the month was ‘Santa’s Workshop’. We worked at the Christmas Post Office, posting Christmas cards to ourselves, built Santa’s sleigh and worked hard in Santa’s workshop making toys for Santa to deliver.
We had an unexpected arrival from the North Pole to keep an eye on us over the month of December. The children decided to call him Jingles and loved arriving each morning to see what he had been up to.
We had our Christmas pageant and all children were excellent!
As a treat for being so good at our Christmas pageant, we turned our classroom into a cinema and watched a movie while having some popcorn.
