A huge well done to the 6th class girl’s volleyball team – Maisy, Teigan, Jessica, Issy, Eibhlis and Niamh, who made it through the Primary Volleyball regional finals in the Watershed, Kilkenny. Thirteen teams entered the competition and the top two teams qualified for the national finals, which will be held in Mary Immaculate College on 1st April. The girls won five games. Issy made the winning serve in the semi-final to lead the team to victory over Holy Trinity, Fethard.
Well done to the girls and Ms. Whelan for their hardwork and determination!
