Throughout the month of February, we explored the theme of Homes and Houses. Here are some pictures of some of the activities.
We explored the story of the Three Little Pigs in Aistear. We had a playdough station, a construction station, where the children built homes, a role play/small world station, where the children created puppet shows and a creative station that involved creating the homes of the three little pigs.
In SESE, we looked at homes in the past vs present and used our eircodes to find our homes on Google Maps. Thank you to everyone for bringing in old household items.
We made pig facemasks and used these in drama activities.
We finished our yoga sessions on Wednesdays – big thank you to Muireann, our yoga teacher.
