The school will close on Tuesday December 22nd at 12.30pm for the Christmas Holidays and re-open on Wednesday 6th January 2021. Also, a reminder that the school will be closed on Monday 7th December.
Old Mobile Phones/Clothes/Stamps: We continue to collect old mobile phones, clothes and stamps.
Parents’ Association: Thanks to all the parents who have volunteered to help in any capacity at the school. The Parents’ Association will hold their Annual Christmas Hamper Raffle on Tuesday 22nd December. Raffle cards will be distributed to families the first week in December. Donations of suitable items for the hampers can be given to your child and left in the foyer.
Parent/Teacher Meetings: Due to Covid 19 we are unable to hold face-to-face parent/teacher meetings this year. Instead we will follow Department of Education and Skills recommendations and send out a detailed report regarding each child. If parents have any concerns regarding the report, please ring the school for a phone appointment to talk to the class teacher.
Santa Walk: Our annual Santa Walk will take place on the day of the Christmas holidays for pupils from 3rd to 6th class only this year. Unfortunately we have to limit numbers this year due to Covid 19.
Covid 19: We ask parents to complete the Return to School Form for children returning to school after an absence. We would also be grateful if parents would wear a mask when collecting children from the front door of the school.
