The children of Ballyneale NS are afforded the opportunity to make and appreciate drama. The Red Kettle Theatre Company visits the school each year.
Amy Hill facilitates drama at the school during the first term.
The highlight of the drama activities for the children is the annual Christmas Pageant at St. Mary’s Church, Ballyneale which is produced by our ‘super – volunteer’ Mary O’Hanlon and includes all children from Junior Infants to Sixth Class.
Mary has produced a Christmas Pageant annually for thirty years and her skill and patience are rewarded with wonderful performances by the children.
