Knitting
Knitting lessons have started in the school every Wednesday from 3 – 4pm. They will run for the next number of weeks. A big thank you to all those helping out with this.

Pupils made some final creations on the last day of knitting this week. A huge thank you to those in the community who helped class teacher, Ms. Whelan with the after school knitting classes over the past number of weeks.
Knitting and Craft
The pupils have been busy knitting and making lots of craft over the past number of weeks.
Knitting
Knitting starts back next Wednesday for 6 weeks [before and after Easter.] We will be making hand puppets, concentrating on the sewing skills of tacking. Pupils will also be shown how to make a tapestry using a latch hook. Knits will include chickens, eggs, shamrocks and bunting.
Knitting News
Knitting ended this week. A big thank you to Vera, Anne, Bridget and Mary for all their help and knitting knowledge. Here are all of our knitting creations. Knitting starts again after the February mid-term until Easter where people will be knitting hens and chicks.
Christmas Knits
Take a look at our Christmas knits! Pupils do knitting from 3 – 4pm every Wednesday after school.
Knitting
Knitting returns after the Halloween break for 3rd to 6th class boys and girls. Knitting takes place Wednesdays from 3-4pm. Any adult who would be interested in helping out with the knitting can contact the school. Our new knitting project for Christmas is ‘Jean Greenhowe’s Rainbow Babies’!
