The County Tipperary Athletic Association is holding a Primary Schools Cross Country event next Wednesday October 26th at the Marlfield GAA grounds in Clonmel. Pupils from third to sixth will be taking part, they having been training hard these past few weeks, everything is going really well. In this competition 3rd/4th will run 600m and 5th/6th will run 800m.
The Primary Schools Cross Country took place on Wednesday, 28th September in Thurles. Everybody took part and it was an exciting day in Thurles. We have real stars for the future here. The Inter Primary Schools Track and Field Competition takes place May the 20th at 10.15 am in the Cashel Road Complex in Clonmel. Pupils from 3rd to 6th Class will be participating in the 100m, 300m, ball throw or relay events. The cost for each pupil is €3.
