We had a busy period in the school recently, on Wednesdays we had Kool School lessons with one half of the school while the other half went swimming.
These Kool Schools classes with Juniors – Second class has recently finished at the school. Thanks to instructor Niall. The children greatly enjoyed these activities.
With that said, Children from third to sixth class have completed the swimming programme. Thanks to all the parents who helped supervise the children at the pool.
Well done to Eilish Bartley who competed in the National Finals in the National Aquatic Centre on February 12th
Well done to all who took part in the Spikeball Blitz today January in Moyle Rovers. We did really well in all competitions and narrowly missed out reaching the regional finals with the mixed team losing their decider. All three teams showed great technical skill, movement and togetherness considering we’ve only had a few sessions before this blitz. Well done to all involved. A special word of thanks must go to Ms Whelan and Cornelius McFadden for preparing the teams so well in advance of this competition.
